Summary of Specifications:
Remove existing heating, air conditioning system, ductwork, control wiring and high voltage wiring. Reclaim refrigerant per Federal guidelines. Disconnect gas pipe. Install new natural gas high efficiency furnaces 95% or higher and air conditioning units with condensing section to be placed on the roof. Include two stage operation, ductwork modifications, gas pipe, condenser 3 phase electrical high voltage and low voltage complete to city code. Size unit to ASHRAE/ACCA standard 183.
