Summary of Specifications:
Rebuild four existing final clarifier tanks and one splitter box at the Warren Waste Water Treatment Plant. Work includes all necessary bypass pumping, demolition, structural concrete, electrical, mechanical, concrete flat work, site restoration work and process start up services. The project will be completed keeping two of the four tanks in service during the work.
