Summary of Specifications:
The City of Warren is soliciting proposals for an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to offer its full time employees and immediate family members. The City of Warren currently offers an EAP to 680 employees, providing assistance with work, personal or family concerns in a dignified, respectful and professional manner. Often times, non work issues (marital, legal, emotional, financial, substance abuse) negatively impact job performance. The City’s goal for the EAP would be to help promote a healthy and productive employee population that will result in reducing the negative impact on job related performance.
