Summary of Specifications:
Completely remove house, one story wood frame construction with aluminum siding on piers with a rat wall – curb, including all additions, garage/family room, and breezeway (approx. 1224 sq. ft.) Completely remove wood shed (approx. 64 sq. ft.) Remove contents of all structures and any and all debris from lot. Remove any and all footing, rat walls, foundations, concrete slabs (including but not limited to garage/family room and shed), concrete driveway, steps, porches, services walks, etc. to clear entire lot. Remove all vegetation from lot: clear fence line (within reason, most fencing to remain), brush, small trees, overhanging branches from neighbors trees, etc. Remove loose (not fastened) sections of privacy fence.
