It is the City’s intention to demolish the dilapidated, vacant one story house 24’ x 38’ (912 sq. ft.) with wood siding. House has block foundation. Wire fence 33’ across front of property. Wood shed 8 x 9 (72 sq. ft.) rear of property. Two metal clothe line poles in yard. 14’ x 9’ wood deck with handicap ramp – east side of home. Drywall, insulation and misc. debris at end of driveway at 8214 Prospect , under a Nuisance Abatement Program, in order to remove a source of neighborhood blight. Owner may effect removal before the job is complete
