Summary of Specifications:
It is the City’s intention to demolish the vacant, dilapidated, one story commercial building 31’ x 60’ (1860 sq. ft.) building may be block construction cannot verify, covered with vinyl siding. Addition on South side 31’ x 18’ (558 sq. ft.). Sign in front of building 12’ – 15’ high. Other misc. debris and several trees to be removed under a Nuisance Abatement Program, in order to remove a source of neighborhood blight. Owner may effect removal before the job is complete.
