Summary of Specifications:
It is the City’s intention to demolish the Vacant, dilapidated one and one half story aluminum house 27’ x 30’ with basement. Remove one steel clothes line pole and 1-12’ steel pole 3” diameter in rear yard. Remove 18” concrete sidewalk going to rear property line from driveway. Remove tree branches in rear yard, 12’ x 5’ block and slab front porch with roof over it, small pine trees and shrubs in front and west side of property and any miscellaneous debris at: 7263 Dodge which is under a Nuisance Abatement Program in order to remove a source of neighborhood blight.
