(branches along east fence line of property). 18’ x 18’ concrete slab from demo and garage. (12’ x 12’ wood deck on rear of house). 50’ of 6’ high wood fence attached to chain link fence at east property line. 4’ x 4’ wood posts 6’ high west side of property line at: 3518 Wasmund which is under a Nuisance Abatement Program in order to remove a source of neighborhood blight.
