It is the City’s intention to demolish the vacant, dilapidated one story brick house 38’ x 24’ 8” with basement. Remove 2-6” diameter trees in front of home. Remove all shrubs and plants around house. Remove slab from garage demolition. Remove 6’ wood picnic table, 10’ cyclone gate across driveway and any miscellaneous debris at: 22444 Hill which is under a Nuisance Abatement Program in order to remove a source of neighborhood blight.
