It is the City’s intention to demolish the vacant, dilapidated one story house 21’ x 29’ with vinyl siding and block foundation. 8’ x 10’ metal shed. 21’ x 9’ block & slab front porch with awning, 8’ x 6’ wood fence between the house and shed, and remove miscellaneous debris under a Nuisance Abatement Program in order to remove a source of neighborhood blight and to demolish the dilapidated garage, 26’ x 14’ with aluminum siding. Remove gas barbeque grill west side of garage. Remove 18” wide concrete sidewalk center of property from city walk to center of lot and any miscellaneous debris under a Nuisance Abatement Program in order to remove a source of neighborhood blight.
