Summary of Specifications:
Remove complete garage and all its contents, remove debris behind garage including but not limited to sections of privacy fence and miscellaneous lumber. Cut down and haul away small tree growing inside fence. Stump does not have to be removed. Pieces growing in fence wire do not have to be removed. Completely remove garage floor and rat wall (if any). Also remove concrete drive from first slab outside gate (approximately 4-6’ north of back of house) up to front of garage. Grade lot smooth where garage and drive were located.
