Summary of Specifications:
Completely remove house, garage, and all contents from each. Remove all concrete/cement on property, including driveway, drive approach, service walks, porches, footings, slabs, piers, foundations, etc. Do not remove City sidewalk. Remove all vegetation, bushes, brush, weeds, etc. from complete lot including fence lines. Note: Anything growing in between fence line does not have to be removed. However, brush and small trees are to be cut up to wire on fences. Remove any and all trees on property, grind stumps 12” below grade or remove them. Note: Make sure City sidewalk is not broken up when doing demolition. Note: An asbestos survey was performed and all identified asbestos containing material will be removed by a third party (City contractor) prior to demolition.
