Summary of Specifications:
Completely remove 20x20 one story wood frame garage with painted wood siding. (No slab under garage). Completely remove contents from garage. Remove block around and under building. Remove any and all footings, piers, posts, concrete, etc. Remove concrete from garage to service walk (approx. 15’x10’ or 150 sq. ft.). Remove all debris around garage including 2x6 wood box on N/W side, glass doors and metal frames on south side, and all debris on east side. Remove picket fence on west side of garage to east property line approx. 18 ln. ft. (If homeowner want to save fence they will remove it before demo begins – contractor will not be responsible for saving fence).
