It is the City’s intention to demolish the vacant, dilapidated, one story house 30’ x 34’ wood frame with asbestos slate siding, main house has block crawl space. Garage 22’ x 22’ wood frame. Remove open 6’ x 5’6” block & slab front porch, 6’ x 4’ open rear wood porch. One steel column clothes line pole in rear yard; 6” diameter pine tree in front of home and other miscellaneous debris at: 11076 Hudson under a Nuisance Abatement Program in order to remove a source of neighborhood blight.
