ITB-W-1478 - Construction of New Warren Library

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Warren is seeking electronic bids from qualified contractors to construct a new library at 13750 Sidonie, Warren, MI 48089, adjacent to Underwood Park, per the bid form and specification documents.  To be considered for award, contractors must submit their bids electronically via the BidNet (MITN) system. 

The 5% Bid Security is to be delivered as a hard copy bond to the Purchasing office prior to the bid due date and time.  The actual bid being submitted must be submitted electronically via the BidNet (MITN) system.  

The 5% bid security (hard copy bond) is to be delivered to the City of Warren Purchasing Division, One City Square, Suite 425, Warren, MI 48093 prior to the bid due date and time.
