ITB-W-8186 - Commercial Kitchen Hood Replacement & Make-up Air

Summary of Specifications:
Install a new Type 1 UL710 approved compensating hood with supply fan, exhaust fan UL762. Calculate CFM for light duty cooking appliance. Include new stainless steel back wall and left and right side walls to floor. Fur out walls with non combustible construction if they are combustible within 3". Installation shall include but not be limited to: Fire suppression with emergency shut down switch at side egress door, welded duct with UL approved fire wrap system, vented exhaust fan curb, lights, grease filters with collector, heat sensor that's interlocked according to the MMC 2006 and NFPA96 codes, compensating fan duct. ALTERNATE - Standard hood & replace Roof top HVAC. Replace with new unit sized to ASHRAE Standards; include new economizer with the necessary controls. Unit must be able to supply make up air for kitchen hood and interlocked with exhaust system
