Summary of Specifications:
Contractor shall: Furnish and install non combustible 2” by 4” at the top of partition wall to allow proper installation of window system. Furnish and install 22 gauge metal panel at ceiling infill (12’-0” x 2’-0” ) Drywall wall construction shall consist of 3-5/8 metal studs with 5/8 high impact drywall on both sides of metal studs. Wall height shall be 53 inches. Contractor shall furnish and install a 3 inch metal tube located every 8 feet within the new partition wall to stabilize partition, Shall base proposal on 104 lineal feet of 53 inch high partition wall.
