Summary of Specifications:
It is anticipated that pre-demolition inspections of two (2) dilapidated single-family homes and pre-rehabilitation inspections of ten (10) single-family homes will be needed during the contract period. It is expected that at least thirty (30) samples will be collected during each inspection; however, the inspector will be expected to collect the number of samples necessary to meet the Asbestos NESHAP regulations as interpreted by the State of Michigan DEQ
