ITB-W8440 - 2013 Excavation and Water and Sewer Repairs

Summary of Specifications:
To perform emergency excavations and repairs of broken water and sewer mains in the City of Warren when the number of water and sewer repairs exceeds City's available manpower resources. The contractor must respond to repair area within 4 hours of notification. Contractor must have equipment allowing safe operations in residential and on major urban surface streets and must be able to excavate past normal water and sewer main depths when necessary.
