ITB-W-7843 - 2009 Emergency Excavation and Water and Sewer Repairs

Summary of Specifications:
The successful bidder will be on-call to perform emergency excavations and repairs of broken water and sewer mains in the City of Warren when City crews are taxed beyond existing resources. The Contractor must be able to respond to break area in some instances, in as little as four hours. The contract involves setting up a safety zone, exposing and repairing the broken main, backfilling the excavation, and providing a temporary road surface after the repair is completed. No concrete or area restoration is included in this work.
