Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084 until THURSDAY, JANUARY 9, 2025 at 10:00 AM, after which time they will be publicly opened and read in the specified Zoom meeting listed on page 3 of the Instruction to Bidders. Late bid submittals will not be accepted. Bid responses are not accepted via fax transmission or email.
