Summary of Specifications:
The City of Troy invites qualified Companies to submit Request for Proposals (RFP) to PROVIDE TWO YEAR REQUIREMENTS OF UNIFORM RENTAL SERVICES WITH AN OPTION TO RENEW FOR TWO (2) ADDITIONAL YEARS, will be received by the City of Troy at the City Clerk’s Office, 500 W. Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084 for various Departments.

Completed forms may be duplicated as required. Four (4) copies of the complete package shall be included at the time of proposal submission.

All bidders are required to examine the sites to determine the layout for the locker floor plan in connection with the services specified. The site inspections are mandatory.

Floor plans must be submitted with the proposal documents.

This project is to be completed by August 31, 2004.

The City of Troy Representatives shall conduct site visits to vendor facilities on Thursday, July 8, 2004.
