Summary of Specifications:
ROOF REPLACEMENT OF FIRE STATION #4 LOCATED AT 2103 E. MAPLE RD., TROY, MI 48083 will be received by the City of Troy at the office of the City Clerk, 500 W. Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084. 

MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING: A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for WEDNESDAY MARCH 9, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. at Fire Station #4, 2103 E. Maple Road Troy, MI 48083. Roof will be available for inspection during this meeting. 

A cashier’s check, certified check, or money order in the amount of $4,200.00 must accompany the bid to insure the bid. The two lowest unsuccessful bidders will have their bid surety returned after the bid award. BID BONDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.
