ITB-COT 15-04 - Pump Maintenance and Repair

Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals to FURNISH ALL LABOR, TOOLS, EQUIPMENT INCLUDING CRANES ETC., AND TRANSPORTATION SERVICES TO PROVIDE TWO-YEAR REQUIREMENTS OF PUMP REPAIR AND EMERGENCY REPAIR SERVICES ON THE CITY OF TROY (OUTDOOR AND INDOOR) POOLS WITH TWO – ONE (1)-YEAR RENEWAL OPTIONS, will be received by the City of Troy at the City Clerk’s Office, 500 W. Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084 until THURSDAY, MARCH 5, 2015 at 10:00 AM, EST after which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Troy City Offices. Late Bid submittals will not be accepted. Bid responses are not accepted via fax transmission. 

NON-MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING: A Non-Mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, February 18, 2015 at 2:00 PM, EST at the City of Troy Community Center, 3179 Livernois Rd, Troy, MI 48083. Pumps will be available for inspection during this time.
