Summary of Specifications:
Sealed bid proposals to PROVIDE ONE (1) YEAR REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PRINTING AND DELIVERY OF THE TROY TODAY QUARTERLY NEWSLETTER WITH AN OPTION TO RENEW FOR TWO (2) ADDITIONAL YEARS, will be received by the City of Troy at the City Clerk’s Office, 500 W. Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084 until, MONDAY, April 8, 2013 AT 10:00 AM, E.D.T., after which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Troy City Offices. Late submittals will not be accepted. Bid responses are not accepted via fax transmission. ********************************************************** IMPORTANT: A cashier’s check, certified check, or money order in the amount of $2,000.00 must accompany the bid to insure the bid. Unsuccessful bidders will have their bid surety returned after the bid award. The bid surety will be returned to the awarded bidder upon successful completion of all contract requirements. If the current provider has a bid deposit on file with the City of Troy for this contract, he/she may request to move the bid surety forward to the new contract period. It shall be the responsibility of the bidder to make sure the deposit is still on file. BID BONDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.
********************************************************* One (1) copy of three (3) comparable “City” type newsletters and proposed paper stock will be required for submittal at the time of bid proposal submission, but no later than 24 hours after the bid proposal opening time.
