The proposals will be for Parking Lot Maintenance as specified. Specifications are listed in the bid proposal which include the following sections listed below:

All materials are to be F.O.B. delivered, freight paid, to the work sites.
A cashier’s check, certified check, or money order in the amount of $2,500.00 must accompany the bid to insure the bid. The two lowest unsuccessful bidders will have their bid surety returned after the bid award. BID BONDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. The bid surety will be returned to the successful bidder upon submission of the specified, acceptable Performance, Labor and Material Payment, and one-year Maintenance Bonds in accordance with specifications. All other bidders will have their bid deposits returned within 72 hours after the bid has been opened.
