ITB-COT 03-21Paint - Painting at the Troy Historical Museum

Summary of Specifications:
Furnish all labor and material and related components to provide exterior painting of Troy Museum historic structures including the General Store, Print Shop, and Troy Hall. The Painting process includes, but is not limited to, the removal of peeling paint, sanding clapboard surfaces, prime, re-paint, caulk, and provide 100 linear feet of clapboard as needed and any other activities required to achieve the exterior painting of historic structures in accordance with specifications.
