ITB-COT 03-02Shelter - One (1) Park Shelter at Boulan Park

Summary of Specifications:
To furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to remove and dispose of the existing shelter, then furnish and install one (1) new park shelter at Boulan Park in accordance with specifications. 

A cashier's check, certified check, or money order in the amount of 10% of the bid amount must accompany the bid to insure the bid. BID BONDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. The bid surety will be returned to the successful bidder upon submission of the specified acceptable Performance, Labor and Material, and Maintenance Bonds in accordance with specifications. All other bidders will have their bid deposits returned within 72 hours after the bid has been opened.
