Summary of Specifications:
Proposal to design, furnish, and install a fishing pier in the lake at Sylvan Glen Park. 

A cashier's check, certified check, or money order in the amount of 5% of the total bid must accompany the bid to insure the bid. The two lowest unsuccessful bidders will have their bid surety returned after the bid aware. BID BONDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. The bid surety will be returned to the successful bidder upon submission of the specified acceptable Performance, Labor and Materials Payment, and one year Maintenance Bonds in accordance with specifications. All other bidders will have their bid deposits returned within 72 hours after the bid has been opened.
