Electronic Sealed proposals for the DEMOLITION OF BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES LOCATED IN THE CITY OF TROY will be electronically received by the City of Troy, 500 W. Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084 until THURSDAY, MAY 1, 2025 at 10:00 AM EDT, after which time they will be publicly opened and read in the specified Zoom Meeting listed on page 3 of the Instructions to Bidders. Late bid submittals will not be accepted. Bid responses are not accepted via fax transmission electronic bid submission only.

All bidders are required to examine the site to determine the amount of work to be done in accordance with the specifications. There will be a Mandatory Pre-bid Meeting scheduled for TUESDAY, APRIL 15, 2025 at 2:00pm. THE MEETINGS WILL BE AT THE PROPERTY LISTED ON THE BID PROPOSAL, 18 BELHAVEN ROAD, TROY, MI 48085. An opportunity to inspect the site will be provided during the Pre-bid Meeting. If a bidder does not attend the pre-bid meeting, that bidder will be considered non-responsive and no longer eligible for award.
