Summary of Specifications:
The City of Troy Purchasing Department invites firms to review the attached Request for Qualification and Proposal referred to as RFP-COT 04-12, Community Center Wellness Service Provider. The documents will be used to determine the most qualified firm to supply the City of Troy with the above named services.
The City of Troy reserves the right to award the final contract to the most qualified firm. Various Community Center personnel will participate as members of the selection committee. The Committee will recommend the selection of the most qualified vendor to the Troy City Council. Please make sure to be as complete as possible in your response to the information requested. The City of Troy urges all interested parties to participate in the process.
Sealed requests for qualifications and proposals for the Community Center Wellness Service Provider will be received by the City of Troy at the City Clerk’s Office, 500 W. Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084 until TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 23, 2004, AT 10:00 AM
Four (4) copies of the complete package should be included at the time of proposal submission.
