Summary of Specifications:
Sealed bid proposals for the CITY OF TROY HISTORIC VILLAGE BOILER REPLACEMENT will be received by the City of Troy at the office of the City Clerk, 500 W. Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084 until THURSDAY, APRIL 17, 2014, at 10:00 AM EDT, after which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Troy City Offices. Late bid submittals will not be accepted. The City does not accept bid responses via fax transmission. 

MARK ENVELOPES: ITB-COT 14-15 HISTORIC VILLAGE BOILER REPLACEMENT ON THE LOWER LEFT-HAND CORNER. 

MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING: A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for WEDNESDAY, APRIL 2, 2014 AT 2:00 P.M., EDT; at the Troy Historic Village (Pioneer Room). The boiler will be available for inspection during this meeting. PLEASE BRING YOUR COPY OF THE BID DOCUMENTS TO THE PRE-BID MEETING. 

The bid proposals will be for the removal, replacement and installation of a new boiler in the Troy Historic Village in accordance with the bid specifications. The Specifications are listed in the bid proposal form on file in the office of the City Clerk.
