Summary of Specifications:
The proposals will be for Asphalt Paving Material. Specifications are listed in the bid proposal form on file in the office of the City Clerk. 

Item 2a (QPR/UPM) to be F.O.B. delivered, freight paid to the City of Troy DPW Yard, 4693 Rochester Rd., Troy, MI 48085. All other items will be picked up at the successful bidder(s) plants by City of Troy staff.

The City of Troy Department of Public Works is located at 4693 Rochester Rd, Troy, MI 48085. Please indicate below the location of your closest plant, including the miles from your location to the DPW Yard. The plant location must be within parameters in accordance with material requirements of the Michigan Department of State Highways, which could result in the elimination of your bid from consideration due to time and distance from your plant location.
