Item 1 - QPR/UPM or approved alternate to be F.O.B. delivered, freight paid to the City of Troy DPW Yard, 4693 Rochester Rd., Troy, MI 48085. Item 2 – QPR/UPM will be picked up at the successful bidder’s plant by City of Troy Staff.
