RFP-072125-001 - HVAC Units Heritage Hall

The City of Taylor is seeking qualified contractors to remove and replace two existing rooftop HVAC units at Heritage Hall (12111 Pardee Rd, Taylor, MI) with new Trane Precedent YSK180A3SOH units or approved equivalents. The scope includes full disconnection of utilities, refrigerant recovery, removal and disposal of old units, installation of new equipment with digital thermostats, reconnection of controls and gas piping, necessary duct fittings, crane service, and system commissioning. All work must comply with local codes and require a no-charge mechanical permit from the City.
