Description

Purchase of Banners
· Holiday Banners (Approximately 30” x 62”) Must include New hanger system to fit current light poles.
· Quantities will be 50 or 100
· Please provide pricing on stock and custom design.
Installation
The City of Taylor is seeking proposals for installation of street light banners from the Eureka Road Corridor from Telegraph Rd west to Allen Rd (approximately 2 miles).
Eureka roadway with 30 foot poles on two sides of the roadway. The banners should be approximately 62 inches tall
by 30 inches wide.
Install 50 or 100 banners
Cost of installation shall be invoiced upon installation.
The City will apply for the banner installation permit which the contractor will obtain on behalf of the City. The banners can be installed under the City of Taylor’s “Annual Permit” with the Wayne County, the contractor is responsible for any fees for the permit. Contractors will need to submit to the City of Taylor an “Advanced Notice of Permitted Activity” 4 weeks prior to installation of the banners. Note: an arrow board is required by Wayne County,must be provided by the contractor and meet Michigan Manual of uniform Traffic Control. Installation time is from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM per MDOT.
