  • Quantity 165 Color Dark Blue (or other Premium Color TBD) -2019 Club Car Precedent electric, Ezgo RVX electric, or Yamaha Drive electric, or equivalent,
    • Cart should come with canopy, bag cover, Dual USB charging port, (6) heavy duty 8-volt  battery system with single point water system for batteries, and comfort grip steering wheel. (80) of the (165) will require furnishing and installation of permanent mount tow bars that stored out of the way.
    • Additional Options
      • Premium Hinged Windshield
      • Sand Dispensers
  • Quantity 2  Color White – 2019 Club Car Precedent Gas, Ezgo RVX gas, or Yamaha Drive gas, or equivalent,
    • Cart should come with canopy, fuel gauge, and premium hinged windshield and fuel injection.
  • Quantity 2 2019 Club Car Carryall 500 Gas Beverage Car with Beverage Insert, 800lbs bed capacity. Insert must hold at least (360) 12-once cans plus 80lbs of ice. Must be Fuel Injected. 1 Car must also have Tow Bar installed.
  • Each course will also need 10 spare tires for a total of 20 spare tires.
  • Payoff last four (4) months of current lease to own.  Amount of $30,416.09.
  • Indicate hourly charges for repairs by your staff;
  • Indicate any training programs available for our in-house maintenance staff;
  • Include a summary of the Warranty that covers the vehicles in your bid;
    • Full 4 year warranty on batteries with no limits on hours, rounds or energy units.
      • Rotation of the fleet will be +/- 10% of average usage in fleet.
    • 4 year warranty on all electronic components.
    • Warranty repairs must be completed within 72 hours of problems reported to repair facility.
  • Include any enhancements or optional equipment that may improve the customer experience or assist with the employees’ duties as a Ranger, note any additional cost;
  • The City of Taylor would like the option of receiving four (4) carts up to three (3) times a year for city events up to 7 days loan and one (1) Beverage cart up to 3 days loan. At no charge to the City of Taylor.
  • Four year lease with 4 payments per year in which the City of Taylor owns the equipment at the expiration of the lease;
  • The City of Taylor will be trading in one hundred sixty five (165) 2015 Club Car Precedents electric vehicles, one  (1) 2011 Club Car Turf 2, two (2) 2013 EZGO TXT Gas, one (1) 2006 EZGO 6 person  shuttle, one (1) 2006 EZGO MPT 1000.
  • Existing fleet must remain on premise until End of December and the new fleet is delivered in February.
