The Project will consist of construction of a new Sterling Heights DPW Building addition to be located south of the existing Ray Filipchuk Public Works Center building (“Existing DPW Building”) and a complete renovation of the existing structure. The project site work will include new site utilities, concrete and asphalt paving, fencing, landscape and misc supporting structures, in accordance with architectural plans prepared by Kueny Architects, LLC.
