There will be a site walkthrough / pre-bid meeting Tuesday, January 14th at 9:00 A.M, in City Hall Council Chambers, 40555 Utica Rd. Sterling Heights, MI 48313. Interested contractors are suggested to attend to ask any questions they may have in preparation of their proposal. Administrative staff from the City of Sterling Heights, Roncelli, Inc. (Construction Manager), and Integrated Design Solutions (Architect of Record) will be present to address any questions raised by participants. A walking tour of the four project facilities will be available for firm representatives at the conclusion of the pre-proposal meeting. Please review all solicitation documents prior.
