The purchase of 4, insulated garage doors with new openers and remotes. The specification covers specifications for four (4) insulated sectional doors. Included in purchase shall be new insulated door panels(R-18.4), track (20 gauge steel ends stiles, 14 gauge hinge, 10 Ball commercial rollers), 3” Heavy track mounted to steel, perimeter seals, openers (3/4 gear head motor), control board, photo sensors (2 per door east doors, 1 per west doors, 6 total), and 12 remotes. The doors shall have 1 row of insulated windows. Removal and haul away of existing doors, openers and components. The door system delivered to these specifications shall be a standard commercial product that meets the requirements of the following specifications. Materials used in construction of the door, track and openers shall be new, unused and not less than the quality conforming to modern engineering and manufacturing practices. Materials shall be free of defects and suitable for the service intended.
