The City of Southfield’s Planning Department has led this initiative since 2022 and has drafted portions of the SAP related to the identified 10 categories that make up the framework of the plan. Those 10 categories consist of community, quality of life, environment, infrastructure, mobility, energy, materials management, technology, economy, and government.
