25-053 - Fence Replacement and Maintenance

The City of Southfield is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the removal and replacement of approximately 6,913 linear feet of existing fences along various major roads in the City, the installation of new fences, and the maintenance of existing fences and masonry columns. The selected contractor will enter a three-year contract with the City and may be required to furnish performance bonds, payment bonds, and insurance in accordance with the contract requirements. Copies of these requirements are included for review. All proposals must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid.
