Description

The City of Southfield is seeking proposals from qualified companies to complete the items listed within this Request for Proposal as defined at a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). The proposed project can generally be described as providing inspection, design, demolition, and installation services as required to repair the marcite materials in the Civic Center Sports Arena pool. The project area is an outdoor, Olympic size (50 meter) swimming pool with eight (8) lanes and a separate dive well. It is constructed of gunite coated with marcite.
