The Boards of Trustees (the "Board") of the City of Royal Oak Employee Pension Plan (the "Pension Plan"), Retiree Health Care Plan and Trust (the "RHC Plan & Trust") (collectively, the "Plans"), and the city’s finance department are seeking information from actuarial professionals to perform the annual plan valuations and provide other related actuarial services.
