Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills and the Older Persons’ Commission is soliciting bids for yard maintenance service service for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Funded Home Chore Program, Fall 2004 & Spring 2005 season. This program provides yard maintenance service to qualified residents 62 years of age and older and handicapped residents to the extent that Community Development Block Grant funds are available.

There will be a Fall 2004 Cleanup and a Spring 2005 Cleanup. Services include a one time leaf removal and disposal, lawn cutting, lawn trimming and removal of debris on walkways and driveways in established yard and lawn areas.
