The City of Rochester Hills is accepting quotations from qualified and experienced firms to chip wood debris at Riverbend Park located at 2800 West Hamlin, on the North Side of Hamlin Road, between Crooks Road and Adams Road, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48309. Qualified companies are advised to visit the site, any day during daylight hours and view the debris first hand. The wood pile is easily visible upon entrance to the park.

Correspondence or inquires made directly to firms regarding their Quote from other person(s) are to be directed to the employee designated above for appropriate review and response.

All questions regarding the quotation must be in writing prior to Wednesday, June 1, 2016 @ 11:00 a.m. EST, at which time a response will be prepared and forwarded to all vendors as an amendment, or an addendum to the quotation, if such information would be of significance to uninformed vendors. Questions received after the date and time above will not be considered. Vendors are specifically directed to not contact other City staff; unauthorized contact of any City Department employee may result in rejection of submittal. It shall be the proposer’s responsibility to make inquiry as to changes or addenda issued. All such changes or addenda shall become a part of the contract and all proposers shall be bound by such changes or addenda. Addendums will be posted on the MITN system.
