The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting quotations for Window Cleaning Services at three (3) individual City buildings for a two (2) year period. The City reserves the right to exercise an option to renew for one (1) additional year. If you are interested in providing a quotation, please fill in the following information and mail, fax or submit online no later than the due date of May 17, 2011 @ 5:00 p.m. All quotations should be directed to the attention of: Marilyn Paulsen-Tomaszewski, CPPB, Purchasing Analyst, Phone: 248.841.2539; Fax 248.608.8178, City of Rochester Hills, Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309. A Mandatory Walk-Through will be held on Tuesday, May 10, 2011 @ 10:00 a.m. beginning at the Rochester Hills Municipal Building, Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills, Rochester Hills, Michigan to become familiar with the premises specified, to measure all window areas, view the current condition of the surfaces to be washed, to become familiar with the work to be performed according to the contract and specifications and to provide a forum for questions/answers; the deadline for questions will be at the conclusion of the Mandatory Walk-Through. ATTENDANCE AT THE WALK-THROUGH IS MANDATORY IN ORDER TO SUBMIT A QUOTATION. Contractors not in attendance at the Walk-Through will NOT be eligible to quote on this project. Contractor is responsible for all measurements of window areas when preparing his/her quotation. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to determine quantities of any special materials required and incorporate any such items in his/her cost.
