Questions received after the date and time above will not be considered. Vendors are specifically directed to not contact other City staff; unauthorized contact of any City Department employee may result in rejection of submittal. It shall be the proposer’s responsibility to make inquiry as to changes or addenda issued. All such changes or addenda shall become a part of the contract and all proposers shall be bound by such changes or addenda. Addendums will be posted on the MITN system.
