The City of Rochester Hills is accepting quotations from qualified firms to provide printing of NO TRESPASSING Licensing Signage for the City of Rochester Hills Clerk Department. Unit Prices are requested FOB, City of Rochester Hills Clerk’s Office, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309. If you are interested in providing a quotation, please fill in the following information and fax or mail back by: Tuesday, June 22, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. E.S.T. Questions received after the date and time above will not be considered. Only the person designated above is authorized to seek additional information from prospective firms regarding their Quote. Correspondence or inquiries made directly to firms regarding their Quote from other persons are to be directed to the employee designated above for appropriate review and response. Specifications Specifications for signage are listed below. The City of Rochester Hills shall review all proofs prior to printing. A scanned sample is included at the end of this document of previous sign printed. Proof is required prior to printing of signs. No Trespassing Licensing Signage: - Quantity: 100 - Sign must be flexible, white vinyl and weatherproof - Sign must be 24” (width) x 16” (height) - The words “THIS IS PRIVATE PROPERTY” must be printed in 1 ¾” height print and font must be CG Triumvirate Black or City approved equal. - The words “ANY PERSONS OTHER THAN THE OWNER AS DEFINED BY THE CITY OF ROCHESTER HILLS TRESPASS ORDINANCE, OR OTHERWISE AUTHORIZED BY SAID ORDINANCE, MUST HAVE ON HIS PERSON WRITTEN PERMISSION TO USE THE PROPERTY, OR SAID PERSONS WILL BE GUILTY OF TRESPASSING IN VIOLATION OF THE CITY OF ROCHESTER HILLS TRESPASS ORDINANCE. THIS PROPERTY HAS BEEN REGISTERED UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF SAID TRESPASS ORDINANCE AND VIOLATORS WILL BE PROSECUTED AND UNAUTHORIZED VEHICLES TOWED AWAY OR TICKETED” must be printed in ¾” height print and font must be CG Triumvirate Black Bold, or City approved equal. Depending on cost the City reserves the right to increase or decrease quantity of signs due to budget constraints. The City will determine quantity to be purchased after quotes are received.
