Description

The City of Rochester Hills is accepting quotations from qualified and experienced vendors to provide Third-Party Class A and B Operator Services, Class C Operator Training, and Tank Inspection and Repair Services to satisfactorily support the City of Rochester Hills and City of Farmington Hills. Contractor must furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to perform the requested services. The term of this blanket will be for two (2) years with three (3), one (1) year options to renew.
 
If you are interested in providing a quotation, please fill in the following information and fax or mail back by Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. EST. Questions are to be directed to Debbie Scully, CPPB, Senior Procurement Analyst, fax: 248-608-8178; email: scullyd@rochesterhills.org. All questions must be in writing and made prior to 12:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 20, 2018, at which time a response will be prepared and posted on the MITN website as an amendment, or an addendum to the quote, if such information would be of significance to uninformed vendors.  Questions received after the date and time above will not be considered.  Vendors are specifically directed to not contact other City staff; unauthorized contact of any City Department employee may result in reject of quote submittal.
 
The City of Rochester Hills officially distributes quote documents from the Purchasing Division or through the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN). Copies of quote documents obtained from any other source are not considered official copies. Only those vendors who obtain quote documents from either the Purchasing Division or the MITN System are guaranteed access to receive addendum information, if such information is issued.  The first step to do business with the City is to become a registered vendor by visiting the City website at www.rochesterhills.org, select City Government, Departments, Purchasing and Vendor Registration to link to the MITN website.  Final results will be posted on the MITN website after award.
 
Quotes may be submitted through the MITN website. Please note if you are submitting proposal through the MITN website, the City of Rochester Hills is capable of accepting documents in .docx, .pdf, .jpg, .tif or .rtf formats.  Due to security risks associated with some file formats, the following file types are not able to be opened by the City: DOC, DOCM, DOT, XLS, XLSM, XLSB, XLT, PPT, PPTM, RTF. All of these formats can contain malicious code. The City is also not able to open ZIP files at this time. Alternatively, you could convert these files to PDF.
 
The submission of a Quote hereunder shall be considered evidence that the vendor is satisfied with respect to the conditions to be encountered, and the character, quantity and quality of the work to be performed.
